Data We May Collect
In order to deliver our service we may collect certain information about you such as; your IP address, web logs, Cookie data, browser signature, performance and monitoring data, traffic data, locational data, and other information passed via HTTP automatically by your browser. We may use this data to improve our website or for general analysis.
By submitting a contact form on the website or by signing up to our services we may collect certain information about you such as; your full name, your email address, your phone number, your address and additional information you voluntarily disclose to us. We will use this data for fulfilling your membership needs. This data is classed as Personal Data.
With the usage of our services we will also obtain Special Category Data, which means things like your relationship history, sexual orientation, religion etc. This information will be kept by us securely and only necessary information will be shared with third parties or matched individuals and only in the interest of fulfilling our service. The third parties with whom you information may be shared are freelance coaches, photographer and stylist and only the necessary amount of information they need to fulfil their part of your membership package. We also work with partner matchmakers who are also GDPR compliant and may share some of your information in order to cross match you with their clients. Partner matchmakers will never contact you directly or store any information unnecessarily. Most information being shared with potential matches will be on a profile approved by you.
With any and all Personal Data this information will be stored securely and only kept when necessary such as to provide you with our membership benefits. The Personal Data we collect will be held with us for as long as you use our services. Payment Information
Any and all payment information supplied for your usage of our services will not be stored or processed by us.
Use of Your Information
Intro NW uses the information that we collect from you to provide our services to you. In addition to this we may use the information for one or more of the following purposes:

Storing Your Personal Data
In operating our business, we securely store your data using Pipedrive. Pipedrive have a number of EU based clients and are fully GDPR compliant.

We cannot guarantee the security of data that you choose to send us electronically, however we take every reasonable step possible to ensure your data is safe. Be aware that sending such information is entirely at your own risk.

Your data will only ever be transferred via secure methods to ensure that your data is as safe as possible and never knowingly or negligently passed to any unwarranted third parties.
Your data will never be willingly passed to any individual/organisations/companies that do not comply with the GDPR in full.
Accurate Record Keeping
We try our hardest to only keep accurate records of any Personal Data we store, if you ever need to update any of your information we hold this can be done by contacting our DPO.
If you sign up to Intro NW as a network member we may not have an immediate match for you, we will retain your information in case a suitable match becomes available in the future and for this reason will store your date indefinitely until you ask us to remove it. If you are a full paying client, we will store your information after you membership in case you are still single or become single again in which case you are automatically entitled to be a network member.
Automated Decision Making
Intro NW does not use any form of automated decision making with any data we hold or process.
Disclosing Your Information
We will not disclose your personal information to any other party other than in accordance with this Privacy Policy and in the circumstances detailed below:

If you believe we have mishandled your data and would like to complain you can do so by contacting our DPO, they will review your claim and provide you will all the information required. They will respond to your complaint within 2 business days.
